Capcom Is Closing Down Its Online Store In The US

Capcom© Capcom

Capcom has announced on Twitter that it will be closing down its official online store in America. The last day to place orders will be next month on 1st May, and supplies are limited – so get in while you can.

In addition to this, it sent out a huge thanks to all of its fans for supporting the store over the course of its life. At the time of writing, there are still games like Monster Hunter Rise available for purchase. It’s also a chance for members to make use of their remaining points.

Oh, and if you’re wondering about how safe it is to use your credentials, earlier this week Capcom confirmed no credit card information was stolen during last November’s cyber attack.

There’s no word just yet if Capcom’s online stores in other regions will close just yet, but if we hear anything – we’ll be sure to let you know. Did you ever purchase anything from Capcom’s online site? Sad to see it go at all? Tell us down below.
